The Lobster Pot - Beesands

The spacious kitchen is located within the open plan living area on the first floor of the property. It is fitted with a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher - after all, no one wants to be scrubbing dishes on their holiday! A large breakfast bar is the ideal spot for some brunch, and you can still see the sea while cooking up a feast! 

The open plan living area is wonderfully cosy while benefiting from wide reaching views of the ocean. A log burner is tucked in to the corner, surrounded by two comfortable sofas. A dining table is available for at home meals and a wide screen tv is sure to provide plenty of entertainment. 

The utility space is an incredibly useful feature of The Lobster Pot. The inbuilt dog shower is ideal for washing those sandy paws after a long stroll on the beach, while the washing machine and tumble dryer will help you to keep on top of your laundry!  

Located on the second floor, the master bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed overlooking the stunning sea view. The bedroom is also equipped with a wardrobe, drawers and comfortable chair to relax in. The bedroom benefits from a spacious en suite bathroom including his & hers sinks and a full sized bath with shower overhead.  

Located on the ground floor, bedroom 2 boasts a king sized bed as well as ample storage in the form of drawers and a wardrobe. The bedroom also has an en suite bathroom including a bath and separate shower. 

Also positioned on the ground floor, bedroom 3 is another spacious room with king sized bed to sleep 2 adults. The en suite bathroom features a shower and the bedroom has access through double doors to the garden and terrace overlooking the beach.

This bedroom is ideal for one adult, or up to two children (under 16). The bedroom has a single bed and en suite shower room. A second single trundle bed is available upon request making the room a twin.
